Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the participation in the 3&Free Referral Program ("Program") offered by Fancymeds ("Company"). By participating in the Program, participants agree to be bound by these Terms. The Program is designed to reward existing Tirzepatide and Semaglutide users ("Referrers") for referring new customers ("Referees") to purchase products from the Company.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Program is open to individuals who are currently using compounded or branded Semaglutide or Tirzepatide products from any company that publicly sells such products.

2.2. It is not a requirement to be a Fancymeds customer, individuals may be customers of competitors.

3. Program Mechanics

3.1. Referral Code: Referrers will receive a unique referral code that offers a discount to Referees.

3.2. Discount Application: Referees must use the referral code at checkout to receive the discount on their purchase.

3.3. Referral Reward: For three completed purchases made within a 30 day period using the referral code, the Referrer will receive reimbursement of up to $500 on their next one-month supply.

3.4 Referrers using competitor’s products must email their next month’s order confirmation receipt from the competitor to [email protected] and it will be verified.

4. Conditions of Participation

4.1. There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make, provided that each referred purchase is made by a distinct new customer.

4.2. Referral rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products. Referrers have the option to convert their earnings to Fancymeds Gift Cards, should they choose to do so.

5. Prohibited Conduct

5.1. Participants may not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behavior, including: a. Creating fake accounts. b. Self-referrals. c. Engaging in any activity that constitutes a breach of these Terms.

5.2. The Company reserves the right to investigate any suspected fraudulent or abusive activity and to suspend or terminate the accounts of participants found to be in violation of these Terms.

6. Termination and Modification

6.1. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior written notice.

6.2. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the Company's website, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with participation in the Program.

7.2. The Company makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Program or the availability, quality, or performance of the referral rewards.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

10. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participants and the Company concerning the Referral Program and supersede all previous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Program.
