Returns policy

Our weight management program includes a comprehensive medical intake, a consultation with a licensed physician, and the shipment of pharmaceutical-grade medication directly to the customer’s address provided at checkout. Please review our return and refund terms below for each stage of the process:

1. Medical Intake Stage

  • Upon purchasing the program through our website, fancymeds will initiate the medical intake process.
  • Refund Eligibility: If a refund request is made during the medical intake stage and before the doctor’s consultation, the customer is eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

2. Doctor Consultation Stage

  • After the medical intake is complete and the customer’s records are sent to the physician, a consultation will begin immediately.
  • Refund Eligibility: A customer may cancel their order during the doctor visit but will incur a $100 non-refundable fee for the consultation. The remaining balance of the order will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

3. Pharmacy Order Processing Stage

  • Once the doctor consultation is complete and the prescription is forwarded to the pharmacy for processing, no refunds are available. This is due to the irreversible nature of pharmacy processing once the medication order has been placed.

4. Address Changes

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • Refunds are not available for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. However, we will make every effort to update the shipping address if notified in time.
  • In cases where an address update is not possible, the customer will be charged a $200 reshipment fee for the dispatch of new medication to the correct address. The customer is still responsible for the full 3 month cycle of medication in addition to the $200 reshipment fee.

5. Subscription Cancellations

  • All purchases are set for recurring monthly or three-month billing cycles, based on the option selected by the customer during checkout.
  • Cancellation of Next Shipment: To cancel or pause your next shipment, you must notify us before the next billing cycle begins. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the billing cycle has started, though you may be eligible for a store credit in the form of a gift card.
  • Mid-Cycle Subscription Cancellations: If you cancel your subscription during a three-month billing cycle, you will still be responsible for completing payment for the entire three-month period. This policy ensures that the terms of your contract are fulfilled.
