What you’re buying
Compounded medication. Needs provider approval.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded drugs for
safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. A licensed provider can only
prescribe them when they decide they are appropriate for you.
A licensed provider must review your online medical intake before medication can ship.
Paying does not guarantee a prescription. If you don’t qualify, you get a refund.
Available to United States residents only · 18+. Which pharmacies can ship depends on your state.

FAQ
Straight answers.
Will I be automatically charged or enrolled in a subscription?
No. FancyMeds does not use automatic billing, auto-renewals, or membership fees. Your checkout is a one-time payment for the program length you select. If you later want to continue, you choose and pay for that separately — nothing renews or charges your card on its own.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund before your medication ships. If you cancel, don’t qualify, or need a refund for any reason before shipment, we refund what you paid. After it ships, no refunds.
Who is eligible for these weight management programs?
A licensed provider decides based on your health history, BMI, and other factors. Read Who is not eligible before you buy.
Which dose type should I pick?
Labels are Starter, Step up, Maintenance, and Micro dose. Your provider sets the final dose after reviewing your medical intake.
Can I choose a higher dose instead of Starter?
Only if you’ve taken this medication in the last 30 days (a recent prescription photo may be required). If you’re new or have been off for more than 30 days, choose Starter — not Step up, Maintenance, or Micro dose. Dose usually steps up every 4 weeks when it makes sense.
I don’t see my dose — what should I do?
Pick the closest dose to where you are now. After checkout, the provider reviews your choice with the rest of your medical intake — including any photo of a previous prescription — and decides what’s right for you. If the approved dose costs more or less than you paid, we adjust the difference or refund you. You don’t need to text us first for a custom strength.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. You must be 18 or older and sign a waiver. US residents only.
What is the typical processing and shipping timeline?
After checkout, finish your online medical intake. Provider review usually takes 24–72 hours. Once approved, free shipping is included. Allow 7–15 business days for delivery after approval.
How quickly might I notice changes?
Results vary. Many people notice appetite changes in the first few weeks, but the scale rarely drops in a straight line. Some lose little or nothing in the first four weeks, then see more progress later as dosing and your response catch up under provider care. CDC and NIH generally treat about 1 to 2 pounds per week as a healthy, sustainable pace — faster isn’t always better, and you should talk with your provider if it happens.
